Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All products are made to order and will be shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. Delivery dates are estimated on the product page. Items will be mailed by 24hr tracked delivery as standard for UK orders.

For UK orders under £25, a standard shipping fee of £2.50 will be applied. 

For european and international orders, items will be shipped with tracked delivery where possible and on the fastest delivery service for the country.  

For european orders under £60 a £8 shipping fee will be applied. All orders over £60 will be shipped for free.

For international orders under £80 a £12 shipping fee will be applied. All orders over £80 will be shipped for free.

Returns

We apologise if there is any error with your product or you are not satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you would like to receive a refund or exchange your order, please contact us. All returns must be processed within 14 days of purchase and must be notified via our email address for returns information.
